optimization of complex aircraft Fluid Delivery Systems (FDS). Our engineering and manufacturing team have delivered
on a number of high profile design and development projects and
our solution-oriented system design engineers bring
unsurpassed design, analysis, and system
optimization/integration experience
directly from major
military and commercial aerospace OEMs .
Eaton Aerospace Aurora is highly
fluent in CATIA (V4 and V5) ,
Pro Engineer, UniGraphics, and
AutoCAD. Finite Element Analyses (FEA) is performed with
Pro/Mechanica nonlinear and dynamic analysis software.
Stress
and flow analyses are routinely performed in support of
these programs.

Eaton Aerospace Aurora has full
capability in aerospace tube and duct manufacturing operations. We
manufacture products that range in size from 1/8 to 8" diameter
in a wide range of materials including CRES, aluminum, titanium,
Inconel, and copper. Our fabrication capabilities include
precision CNC bending, laser
vector dimensional inspection, thin
wall welding and mechanical
swaging from GamahTM,
AS 1650, Harrison and other
standard fittings.
We have
successfully taken on some of the largest tube
OEM offload
programs in the aerospace industry.

of aircraft air
ducting systems for the distribution
of engine
bleed air,
anti-ice and environmental control air throughout

ducting with all associated fittings

flexible couplings for a variety of aerospace, marine and land
vehicles applications. Our products include threadless
(clamshell) couplings, PositiveLokTM
couplings, threaded couplings and
metal seal couplings.

are used on every
type of aircraft including military transports
and fighters,
commercial, regional, business and general
aviation airplanes.

Harrison Hydraulic
Fittings

Harrison is unique in that
it offers the most extensive
product portfolio of any hydraulic
fitting manufacturer. Harrison designs
and manufactures
virtually all types of
swaged and welded fittings including both
two and three
groove internally swaged fittings; externally
swaged fittings
(SierraSwageTM ); axially swaged
fittings (Quickfit
and Hi-fit) and virtually all AS standard
type
fitting (welded, brazed, etc). Harrison also manufactures
fitting
installation tooling that guarantees the fittings are
assembled
correctly every time.
